Dr. Kylvin Ho received his Bachelor of Science degree at University of British Columbia and his Doctor of Optometry degree at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. During his externship, Kylvin was awarded for clinical excellence by the William Feinbloom Low Vision Centre, Connecticut Veterans Affairs Hospital, and Department of Primary Care at Pennsylvania College of Optometry.
Upon graduation, he was awarded The David J. Kerko Low Vision Award, which recognizes a graduate who has demonstrated outstanding clinical performance in low vision and specialty device management. In addition, he received an Award of Excellence by Conforma Contact Lenses for demonstrating superior clinical performance in contact lens design and management.
Orthokeratology & Myopia Control
Dr. Ho has special interests in fitting orthokeratology lenses for myopia control. Due to every eye being different, Dr. Ho utilizes a 100% fully customizable approach for his orthokeratology patients to achieve maximum results. He has successfully fitted patients with challenging prescriptions such as high myopia and high astigmatism. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthokeratology & Myopia Control and attends its annual conference regularly to learn about the latest research in myopia control.
Dr. Ho is TPA certified in BC and speaks English, Cantonese and conversational Mandarin.
