We are committed to expanding our services and continuously improving our qualifications in providing high-quality eye care to the public.
We are looking for a full-time Sales Supervisor to join our Metrotown team as soon as possible.
Job duties and responsibilities
- Supervise sales staffs and co-ordinate with sales staffs and doctors
- Allow duties to sales staffs and maintain and prepare work schedules
- Monitor sales staffs’ productivity and provide feedback
- Resolve conflicts such as customer complaints and supply shortages
- Sell eyewear to customer/patients
- Recommend the right product to customer/patient follow with doctor’s prescription
- Quote prices and pick-up dates to customers/patient
- Authorize payments and the return of merchandise
- Organize and maintain inventory including order merchandises
- Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising, etc.
- Assist the Manager in revising and implementing the strategies plans
Qualifications
Education: Completion of Secondary School is required
Experience: At least one year of previous directly related supervisory experience is required
Language: Ability to communicate in English with staffs and customers
Work Conditions: Work under pressure, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Attention to detail
Personal Suitability: Organized, Flexibility, Accurate, Effective interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Client focus, Team player, Reliability
